If you're looking for a white, radiant smile and want a quick solution, Zoom® Whitening is a good option. This innovative teeth whitening procedure is performed in our office in just one hour instead of the traditional two or more hours required by other teeth whitening products.
Why Choose Zoom® Teeth Whitening?
Zoom® Teeth Whitening is the most effective, convenient, and comfortable teeth whitening process available.
Our dentist has been using this procedure for several years and is proud to have one of the leading practices when it comes to teeth whitening. Patients who visit our practice are advised that they will not find a better or more effective teeth whitening procedure anywhere else.
What Is Zoom® Whitening?
Zoom® Whitening is an innovative teeth whitening procedure that involves a custom-fitted protective mouthguard that is worn during the session. The mouthguard protects the gums, cheeks, and tongue from coming in contact with the peroxide solution that is applied to the teeth.
How Is Zoom® Whitening Performed?
- If you're interested in getting Zoom® whitening, we will take impressions of your teeth to create a custom-fitted mouthguard for you.
- The mouthguard will be used throughout the session and will provide you with comfort and protection during the treatment. The mouthguard should be worn for the duration of the procedure.
- The peroxide solution will be applied to your teeth and left on for 15 minutes. It will be removed and then reapplied three times to ensure that your teeth are completely whitened. The peroxide solution is contained within a thin plastic shield that helps to protect your gums and mouth from coming in contact with it.
- You will be provided with a touchup session after your first Zoom® treatment so that you can finalize your results. You'll notice results immediately after each touchup session.
What Should I Expect From Zoom® Whitening?
The results of Zoom® Whitening are long-lasting if the teeth are taken care of properly. You must continue using a fluoride rinse on a daily basis after getting your smile whitened to make sure the results last for years to come. If you don't follow up with regular dental visits and care, chances are your teeth won't stay as white as they should be. Dr. Baluyut recommends that you visit us every six months for professional cleanings and exams so we can provide you with the best care possible.
