Dr. Baluyut is an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. My husband and I have been going to her for several years, and she is extremely knowledgeable and has always taken care of our dental problems with the greatest of ease. The office staff is excellent and the hygienists/assistants are thorough and professional. Dr. Baluyut does not only great therapeutic dental work -she’s gotten me through abscesses to cavities to crowns to implants - but she does great cosmetic work as well. She did Lumineers for me and for the first time in my life I feel comfortable with my smile. The office has impressive, up-to-date equipment - for example, they use a computerized device to take measurements for crowns (no trays with goopy stuff sliding down your throat, yay!) as well as a machine which makes the crowns right there. There are even TVs in each exam room for your viewing pleasure while you wait! I definitely feel that Signature Smiles goes the extra mile for their patients and highly recommend them.
My experience at Signature Smiles has been outstanding every time. Not only does Dr. Baluyut go above and beyond to provide excellent service but my dental hygienist, Raquelle, was personable and friendly throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Signature Smiles in it’s entirety!

The staff is always friendly and attentive, they keep appointment times well, and have your mouths best interest in mind. I have been using them for several years even before I had dental insurance! They make my teeth look great and even convinced me to begin flossing! That in itself deserves 5 stars.
This dentist office has an outstanding staff. Dr. Balayut is the best dentist I’ve had the privilege of being a patient. She is very thorough, and you can see she meets and exceeds all expectations. I was at Signature Smiles today and once again I'm leaving happy. I'll be honest, I'm not an easy patient. All of my issues ALWAYS come with unforeseen complications unfortunately, but Dr B is cool as a cucumber. She takes her time and gets every little detail right. In fact, that's exactly what brought me to this office! I've been to so many dentist and left unhappy with their work. They rush you out of the chair and then have an attitude when you need to come back for their mistakes! I came in as a first time patient with a major issue on my first visit and left impressed. I really appreciate my beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Baluyut's professional and artistic expertise! She and her staff completed my great smile in June 2019 by installing nine (9) porcelain/ ceramic crowns. I recently (Nov 2019) had to go to my endodontist in Indianapolis, IN for a root canal on a molar not associated with the work by Dr. Baluyut's office. The first words out of my endodontist mouth were " My God, your teeth are beautiful! Those are the most perfect crowns I have ever seen." This was quite a compliment considering my endodontist has been practicing since 1978! I would highly recommend Dr. Baluyut to anyone and everyone - she is excellent at what she does!
Zoom Zoom whitening works great. The process is very easy to do. After drinking coffee, wine and other dark beverage, my teeth needed some quick whiting. As a sales person, your smile is noticeable. This helped me get the job done quickly. I also got some gel to use later. The office staff was friendly and Dr. B communicated the entire process to me. I highly recommend to give them a try.

I got a cleaning and I had a chipped tooth that had a gap and been bothering me for over a year and they were able to fill it in and haven’t had any issues since! Over the weekend I had a horrible toothache. I went into the office on Monday and without an appointment or anything they took me straight back. Unfortunately I had to have a root canal. Dr B did not work on me it was a man. Can't remember his name but he was great!!! Very personable! I would highly recommend signature smiles!

When I went in the young man upfront was absolutely wonderful with explaining my dental benefits and after talking to the coordinator, I think Lisa was her name, I knew I was in the right place. Came here to get my teeth cleaned and to fill some old cavities and new. The receptionist was very nice not to mention my dental hygienist. Since I’ve been unable to afford insurance for the past 7 years I was so very afraid that they were going to judge me on my dirty teeth. Thankfully, the staff made me feel absolutely comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I got to meet the Dentist who was very professional and was really good with people. Well first off wanna say I absolutely hate going to the dentist and I put if off as long as I could!!! So anyways I was referred to Dr. Baluyut by a coworker of mine, was in desperate need of some major work and they got me in right away and I must say best decision I made going to signature smiles they were so awesome and fixed alot and I mean alot of my teeth without making several trips back and forth and they look amazing!!! I will be returning to finish up the remainder of my teeth!!! Thanks to all the team there that worked on me you done a amazing job considering the fact my teeth were so bad didn't have much to work with from the get go!!!! I was taken care of quickly. The dental hygenist, dental assistant and dentist all asked about my concerns at different times ensuring that my concerns were addressed. Everyone took their time to communicate with me and was very thorough with their work. i felt very well taken care of. i went there for a dental exam and cleaning, and had a concern about a bad filling job that was done 5 years ago somewhere else. Dentist took a look and said he could fix it on the same day. It wasn't a planned procedure but I appreciated the fact that they made the time for me.

I recently starting going to Dr. Baluyut at Signature Smiles Louisville and have been really impressed. I've had a lifetime of dental care but not like this. The office was high-tech and professional. I have never had my blood pressure taken at a dentist before or had a 360 xray. They were very thorough in the exam and in explaining my opportunities for better self-care and what to expect for a crown. I made another appointment for the crown and was absolutely delighted that I felt no pain! Dr. B used a technique that she said really helps eliminate pain. I've never had a crown that was so painless. And the crown was made there with computerized equipment so I did not have to have a temporary and wait weeks for the permanent. That was super convenient. I highly recommend Dr. B.

She and her staff are always putting my care first by explaning to me every option available with the expectations for long term positive results and related costs enabling me to make an informed decision that works for me. Dr. B. as we affectionately refer to her has a very kind heart and is exceptionally good with children new to dental work. Dr. B. has always been a leader in dental technology often being the first to offer more advanced dental techniques and methods of gathering a better view of a patients dental condition through various types of xrays. Even with the use of advanced cameras Dr. B. is able to show the patient what she sees that we typically never get to see for ourselves

Went there today for my 6 month checkup and some to ask some questions, and like always everyone is always nice and informative. Yay! So happy to finally find a dentist that provides such great positive energy and that are so kind. I've been dealing with dentist that would give an impression that they work there just because and discriminated based upon your insurance but this location helped my problem immediately. Not only were they so informative before, during and after the procedure but their top technology definitely helped eased any nervousness. I will definitely go there again and if I had the power to persuade you to go, I would.
I highly recommend Signature Smiles. I have gone to Dr. B. for years and will continue to go. However, there was a substitute dentist there while Dr. B. was out on medical leave and the substitute dentist was not personable, nor did she spend the time with me that Dr. B normally did. I understand that this particular substitute dentist is no longer there. You will get excellent and professional care with Dr. B.
I believe these first few reviews are from another office. Signature smiles staff were friendly, helpful and extremely skillful in their service to me. I did, however, observe some patients who were very rude and disrespectful to the staff. I had a cap for one of my front teeth replaced. It was quick and painless. The technician was totally concerned with me and how I felt about how the tooth was going to look, which I would think was a very positive attitude to take with a new patient. The cap has never come off again (and they did not put it on in the first place) Dr. Baluyut saw me on an emergency basis as I was leaving town that morning. I suspect someone has some sort of ax to grind again the office. Too bad, it is a great place.

Went in as a first time patient. Their entire staff is friendly, caring and professional. I hate going to the dentist, however, they made me feel at ease and were very gentle and I had a great experience. Glad to be going back to get more work done that I need.

Dr. Baluyut is an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. My husband and I have been going to her for several years, and she is extremely knowledgeable and has always taken care of our dental problems with the greatest of ease. The office staff is excellent and the hygienists/assistants are thorough and professional. Dr. Baluyut does not only great therapeutic dental work -she’s gotten me through abscesses to cavities to crowns to implants - but she does great cosmetic work as well. She did Lumineers for me and for the first time in my life I feel comfortable with my smile. The office has impressive, up-to-date equipment - for example, they use a computerized device to take measurements for crowns (no trays with goopy stuff sliding down your throat, yay!) as well as a machine which makes the crowns right there. There are even TVs in each exam room for your viewing pleasure while you wait! I definitely feel that Signature Smiles goes the extra mile for their patients and highly recommend them.
My experience at Signature Smiles has been outstanding every time. Not only does Dr. Baluyut go above and beyond to provide excellent service but my dental hygienist, Raquelle, was personable and friendly throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Signature Smiles in it’s entirety!

The staff is always friendly and attentive, they keep appointment times well, and have your mouths best interest in mind. I have been using them for several years even before I had dental insurance! They make my teeth look great and even convinced me to begin flossing! That in itself deserves 5 stars.
This dentist office has an outstanding staff. Dr. Balayut is the best dentist I’ve had the privilege of being a patient. She is very thorough, and you can see she meets and exceeds all expectations. I was at Signature Smiles today and once again I'm leaving happy. I'll be honest, I'm not an easy patient. All of my issues ALWAYS come with unforeseen complications unfortunately, but Dr B is cool as a cucumber. She takes her time and gets every little detail right. In fact, that's exactly what brought me to this office! I've been to so many dentist and left unhappy with their work. They rush you out of the chair and then have an attitude when you need to come back for their mistakes! I came in as a first time patient with a major issue on my first visit and left impressed. I really appreciate my beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Baluyut's professional and artistic expertise! She and her staff completed my great smile in June 2019 by installing nine (9) porcelain/ ceramic crowns. I recently (Nov 2019) had to go to my endodontist in Indianapolis, IN for a root canal on a molar not associated with the work by Dr. Baluyut's office. The first words out of my endodontist mouth were " My God, your teeth are beautiful! Those are the most perfect crowns I have ever seen." This was quite a compliment considering my endodontist has been practicing since 1978! I would highly recommend Dr. Baluyut to anyone and everyone - she is excellent at what she does!
Zoom Zoom whitening works great. The process is very easy to do. After drinking coffee, wine and other dark beverage, my teeth needed some quick whiting. As a sales person, your smile is noticeable. This helped me get the job done quickly. I also got some gel to use later. The office staff was friendly and Dr. B communicated the entire process to me. I highly recommend to give them a try.

Dr. B and her assistant Mike did a great job yesterday! I got a cleaning and I had a chipped tooth that had a gap and been bothering me for over a year and they were able to fill it in and haven’t had any issues since! Got to watch TV, eat goldfish and before you know it i was done! Friendly group and I’m an ex athlete so it’s always good to have another basketball player help me! 🙂

Over the weekend I had a horrible toothache. I went into the office on Monday and without an appointment or anything they took me straight back. Unfortunately I had to have a root canal. Dr B did not work on me it was a man. Can't remember his name but he was great!!! Very personable! I would highly recommend signature smiles!

When I went in the young man upfront was absolutely wonderful with explaining my dental benefits and after talking to the coordinator, I think Lisa was her name, I knew I was in the right place. I've always hated going to the dentist, but the whole staff has made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr B is always very conversational and tries to relate to you on a personal level. Dentists, are probably one of my greatest fears. The pain, the smell, the noise. However Dr. B and her staff have always made me feel comfortable and at ease and for that I thank them. I work in the medical field and I know and understand that waits may vary depending on a variety of issues. Anytime I go to the doctor, especially a specialist, I expect to wait. Fortunately, at Signature Smiles, I’ve never had to.

Everyone I wrote a review about this practice that I really need take back, because some of the fault for me losing my tooth was because I missed a lot of appointments So I have to be very HONEST I went back and Dr B don't a excellent job on my temporary crown Please give them a change because they are REALLY GOOD the Staff is GREAT!!!!! I was just upset for losing a tooth but as I said Honestly I won't go anywhere else

Came here to get my teeth cleaned and to fill some old cavities and new. The receptionist was very nice not to mention my dental hygienist. Since I’ve been unable to afford insurance for the past 7 years I was so very afraid that they were going to judge me on my dirty teeth. Thankfully, the staff made me feel absolutely comfortable and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I got to meet the Dentist who was very professional and was really good with people. Well first off wanna say I absolutely hate going to the dentist and I put if off as long as I could!!! So anyways I was referred to Dr. Baluyut by a coworker of mine, was in desperate need of some major work and they got me in right away and I must say best decision I made going to signature smiles they were so awesome and fixed alot and I mean alot of my teeth without making several trips back and forth and they look amazing!!! I will be returning to finish up the remainder of my teeth!!! Thanks to all the team there that worked on me you done a amazing job considering the fact my teeth were so bad didn't have much to work with from the get go!!!! I have been going to Dr Baluyut for 5 years, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr Baluyut always explains the procedures so I know what is being done and my results are always second to none. I am not a fan of going to a dentist but Dr Baluyut and staff actually make it a good experience every time.
Was my first visit in a while as I have a fear of dental work - to my surprise every visit has been a positive smooth visit. Everyone in the office is always nice and welcoming , I have been back three times now for work and it has always been a very pleasant experience and the Dr has always been great and caring. I was taken care of quickly. The dental hygenist, dental assistant and dentist all asked about my concerns at different times ensuring that my concerns were addressed. Everyone took their time to communicate with me and was very thorough with their work. i felt very well taken care of. i went there for a dental exam and cleaning, and had a concern about a bad filling job that was done 5 years ago somewhere else. Dentist took a look and said he could fix it on the same day. It wasn't a planned procedure but I appreciated the fact that they made the time for me.

The office was high-tech and professional. I have never had my blood pressure taken at a dentist before or had a 360 xray. They were very thorough in the exam and in explaining my opportunities for better self-care and what to expect for a crown. I made another appointment for the crown and was absolutely delighted that I felt no pain! Dr. B used a technique that she said really helps eliminate pain. I've never had a crown that was so painless. And the crown was made there with computerized equipment so I did not have to have a temporary and wait weeks for the permanent. That was super convenient. I highly recommend Dr. B.

Dr. Baluyut has been my dentist for over 20 years. She and her staff are always putting my care first by explaning to me every option available with the expectations for long term positive results and related costs enabling me to make an informed decision that works for me. Dr. B. as we affectionately refer to her has a very kind heart and is exceptionally good with children new to dental work. Dr. B. has always been a leader in dental technology often being the first to offer more advanced dental techniques and methods of gathering a better view of a patients dental condition through various types of xrays. Even with the use of advanced cameras Dr. B. is able to show the patient what she sees that we typically never get to see for ourselves
Love this dentist office. Been going here for 8 years. I use to live up the street, but recently moved on the other side of town. Even after the move I continue to go to this dentist office. Went there today for my 6 month checkup and some to ask some questions, and like always everyone is always nice and informative. Dr. Arlene Baluyut always takes the time to answer my questions without rushing. Professional and clean. Great place.

Yay! So happy to finally find a dentist that provides such great positive energy and that are so kind. I've been dealing with dentist that would give an impression that they work there just because and discriminated based upon your insurance but this location helped my problem immediately. Not only were they so informative before, during and after the procedure but their top technology definitely helped eased any nervousness. I will definitely go there again and if I had the power to persuade you to go, I would.
I highly recommend Signature Smiles. I have gone to Dr. B. for years and will continue to go. However, there was a substitute dentist there while Dr. B. was out on medical leave and the substitute dentist was not personable, nor did she spend the time with me that Dr. B normally did. I understand that this particular substitute dentist is no longer there. You will get excellent and professional care with Dr. B.
I believe these first few reviews are from another office. Signature smiles staff were friendly, helpful and extremely skillful in their service to me. I did, however, observe some patients who were very rude and disrespectful to the staff. I had a cap for one of my front teeth replaced. It was quick and painless. The technician was totally concerned with me and how I felt about how the tooth was going to look, which I would think was a very positive attitude to take with a new patient. The cap has never come off again (and they did not put it on in the first place) Dr. Baluyut saw me on an emergency basis as I was leaving town that morning. I suspect someone has some sort of ax to grind again the office. Too bad, it is a great place.
